Processing is handled exclusively by employees, partners, and collaborators appointed as data processors, or by occasional technicians performing maintenance on electronic and IT systems.

Types of Data Processed
Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data during normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in Internet communication protocols.
These data are not collected to identify specific users, but, by their nature, could—through processing and association with data held by third parties—make it possible to identify users.
Such data include IP addresses or domain names of computers used by visitors, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, request times, the method used to submit requests to the server, file sizes returned, numeric response codes (success, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to verify proper functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing.
They could be used to ascertain liability in the event of computer offences against the site; otherwise, web-contact data are normally retained no longer than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
Sending email messages to the addresses indicated on this site entails the acquisition of the sender’s address—necessary to reply to requests—as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Users are asked not to include personal data of third parties unless strictly necessary.
Personal data relating to other categories of data subjects (clients, suppliers, mailing-list subscribers, etc.) not collected through this site are processed as described in the preceding sections.
Cookies
A “cookie” is a small text element stored on a computer’s hard drive only after authorization. If consent is given, the text is downloaded into a small file.

No personal data of users are acquired by the site in this regard.
No cookies are used for the transmission of personal information, nor are session cookies or persistent cookies of any kind—or other user-tracking systems—employed.
Optional Nature of Data Provision
Except for browsing data, users are free to provide personal data to request information or other services. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to provide the requested service.
For clients, suppliers, mailing-list subscribers, and other business contacts, data provision is likewise optional; however, failure to provide data may prevent execution of agreements, contract completion, or delivery of requested services.
Methods of Processing
Personal data are processed on paper and/or by automated means solely for the time required to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
