Accounting Expert Opinions

In civil cases, the intervention of a party-appointed expert (CTP) may be necessary. This figure is provided for by Article 201 of the Code of Civil Procedure: each party involved, faced with the appointment of a technical expert by the judge , can be adequately defended due to the specificity of the observations that the court-appointed expert (CTU) will bring to the attention of the court.

The expert witness plays a fundamental role in resolving issues that, increasingly often, depend on very precise technical assessments, operating within a professional relationship fully governed by private law.
